After seeing a few other posts I started to wonder what other crazy hobbies do members here enjoy?

I'll start with my most recent one, building, flying, designing and sometimes racing quadcopters.

I have a good friend who is into building, racing and modding quad copters. Haven't seen him since he started about a month ago though Smile

My only other hobby at the moment is playing Scrabble Smile

I relax by fishing, so I guess it's a hobby.
My wife seems to think it is my obsession. Cool

I love fishing all year round. Am sick audiophiles. I collect LP records and paper books. And also I love watching and collecting anime titles.

I've been collecting bird's feathers long before I started collecting die shots, and that's actually where my nickname comes from. I've got a large collection of over 2000 different feathers with selections like this one from each species, and it's now unfortunately difficult to improve my collection here in Finland. The challenge for me is to find dead birds or single feathers dropped by birds, so I haven't killed any birds. These example feathers are from tawny owl (Strix aluco). Identifying single feathers is actually possible and I enjoy it a lot. One special thing with feathers is that I can fix them a lot and I really enjoy returning hopelessly messy and/or dirty feathers to their original glory.

This is one of my favorite things to do but it requires the right conditions (smooth ice and wind).

I use are large traction kite to sale on frozen lakes.

You're a synapsid that surpassed dinosaurs! You repair feathers even they shed as hopeless!

As for me, I write. When I have the time and don't have other problems stopping me.

Here's my fanfiction.net profile with my stories (about various ((m/tr)agical) girls):

I would love to travel on my motorcycle Teresa (yup, I named her like that) too, just like I used to. I need a better job before that, though. I'm currently working on it...
