Looking for datasheet of Intel 3003

I found pretty easily datasheets for the other chips in the series, but the 3003 doesn't seem to be available anywhere. It's the carry lookahead generator for the 3000 bitslice series.

If anyone has a scan of it, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks! It is indeed not much, but enough to explain how it works - which is more than I found myself.

I should have figured that the bitsavers site has something. I have found other treasures there. Too bad it's so poorly organized.

Actually I found on bitsavers the next year (1976) catalog, which has a much more in-depth datasheet (9-21 to 9-25).
