Socket F ES are usually worthless, but this part is less common than usual Shanghai-based Opteron ES. I seen a lot of Istanbul ES @ 2.2 or 2.4 GHz, but very few at 2.6+ GHz. Bought 5 of them, 4 are ready for sale
AMD ZS263800S6D20 FCAAD - Istanbul D0? - Opteron 2435/8435 - 6 Cores @ 2.6 GHz
