I parted down an IBM 9406 AS/400 and that chip was the only one
on the CPU board that even looked like it could be the processor chip.
I googled the IBM part number but I am unable to confirm for sure. |

50H6348 it is 624 contacts (24 rows of 25 and one row of 24) and it seems to measure 32 mm by 32 mm.  |

Token ring adapters - LOL!! Man I sold a bunch of them in the
day when businesses were attaching PC's to their mainframes
and servers. 16/4 and 16/4/A for ISA and MCA respectively.
I hope no one buys them so I can keep them and smile.  |
