Here are some infos from the seller:

Came from a large industrial microchip testing cabinet which had 2 backplanes (24 CPU's each) that had one of these CPU's sitting behind the actual testing bed of nails. I am tempted to say they were pretty much custom made for the application. They had a very flat U shaped aluminum heat sink mounted on top of the memory area and going around 1/2 the height of the sides. The removed heat sinks did not have any marking whatsoever.

goodeegg, edel claimed B2 before you did. I'm still waiting on yar.ass response to get validation for A1 and B1.

Aberco, thank you for the info on the chips. I purchased a few from the seller separately and wanted a little more info to go with the chips. If you find out more specs, please let me know.
