How can the heatsink look like?

hello im trying to get this CPU it's old and should have air cooling system. Does anyone know how the heat sink can look like?

System Z G1, the substrate seems to be quite thick.

Nah I have a de-capped bubble fin and it is not the same as a G1

The one you showed has more dies inside and is a "newer" version.

IBM 9672 is S/390 indeed (ancestor of System Z)

Yes 9672 = s390 but there are 6 generations of the same machine with few versions of each....
