Unknown IBM/NEC chips for identifcation

Hi all,

I’ve recently bought a unknown IBM/NEC chip (The silver one with “NEC KAM” marking). I believe it’s a IBM CPU but no evidence prove that it is. I’ve searched for several weeks and guess that it’s a IBM POWER 604e CPU for RS/6000 system
