The latest SK096 I've seen was 50 week of 2007 Very Happy
And some DX2-66 were from 2008.

How can you tell the decade with Intel CPUs produced for 10+ years?. Do they have some special marking for them?

The pictured one here, from '99 has a '94 copyright marking, which implies that it is not from '89 at least. How to see it on even newer, I don't know. But maybe one need to know the actual production period for the s-spec from Intel's documentation.

There are some signs of late (2000+) production:
- obviously, new intel logo, starting from 2006.
- white markings (not engraved).
- black back lid without marks.

http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13466 So the one pictured in the first post, would then be a 2007 rather than a 1997?

Edit: removed google low res version link.

Oh, just read the text from the post... "These chips are presumed to be fakes " so maybe not... Smile

No, they are probably genuine from 2007, read the later part of the post.
Also it has a list of 486 sspecs still in production in 2006.

The date is Week 51 1991
SX419 is the S-spec code, a way of identifying the stepping (revision).
