Here are some nice 65C816 Western Design Center processors
They are a 16-bit extension of the original 6502 (and can still emulate a 6502)
WDC (not to be confused with Western Digital) continues to make the 6502
These are the latest version made, they run at 14MHz and are now made on a 0.6u process and are fully RoHS compliant (Green packaging)
11x W65C816S6PG-14 $7 each or 2 for $12
These are New Old Stock
