I have this CPU board

Which CPU here and where is it, A10 Cobra? Under the heatsink with a fan?

BTW, very interesting pentium-like fan. Can you remove the heatsink to see what the under heatsink?

I had many similar boards but no exactly the same. Too new for A10 Cobra I think. Would be interesting to know what's under heatsink.
CPU is under the fan, the 2 other chips are memory controllers.

All 3 big chip under the radiators look the same. With dimensions have ceramic substrate 32 by 32 mm and have 624 columns. Release dates components on the card varies between the dates 9314 and 9643. I think under the heatspreader with a fan located CPU and the other two memory controllers.
I do not want to remove heat spreaders, leave as is. I have another CPU board 44H5479, with only one CPU without memory controllers. Also it released in 1996. The processor looks like a Cobra, slightly damaged die and lost a pair of capacitors.

Yes I have the same board too, but the one with the fan should be different (at least because there's a cache interface)
