THese are kinda different, I like Siemens chips with diff temp ratings as they mark them right on the chip, no confusion
These are Siemens SAB8048-P which aren't a very common chip (Siemens mainly did MCS-51 chips) and these are marked T40/85 (-40-85C temp range)
$5 each or a pair for $8 They are New Old stock
