I'm a lot confused about PA-RISC CPU identification, so I try to fix some points about them
I have all early PA_RISC CPUs, so they are:

1FJ5 round top 1 screw
1FJ5 round top 2 screws
1FJ5 rectangular top 2 screws
1FM5 rectangular top 2 screws
1FM5 rectangular top 4 screws
1FY8 rectangular top 2 screws

PA-RISC documentated are:
TS-1 TTL based so out of this identification
NS-1 CPU + 8 chips
NS-2 CPU + 7 chips
PCX CPU + 7 chips
Openpa. net speaking also about a CS-1 CPU but not confirmed

looking to the picture seem
1FJ5 round top 1 screw
1FJ5 round top 2 screws
are NS-1 272 pin PGA

but are missing three third-party floating point (FP) chips (ADD, MUL and DIV) , may be they are on system board so identification it's correct

looking to the picture seem
1FJ5 rectangular top 2 screws
it's NS-2 272pin PGA

count of chips match, it's a bit strange HP use the same part number for two different CPUs. And on openpa.net NS-2 was 408 pin PGA instead of 272 pin PGA

so now remain two part number
1FM5
1FY8

I think they can be:
1FM5 = CS-1
1FY8 = PCX

because cronological order of part number put "M" before "Y"
..but why CS-1 before PCX?
because immediately later HP call PA-7000 "PCX-S"

I'm sorry for my bad english but I hope you understand and every contribute to solve this puzzle it's welcome.
thanks.

Two words about HP Focus, a pre TS-1 CPU
on the web there is this image https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:HP-HP9000-Focus-CPU-Boards-5061-6803_04.jpg
but from part number this isn't a CPU but a Floating Point board

this is the CPU board

part number 5061-4235, and you can find an image also on HP Journal Aug. 1983
