3OB26F3N
3 = Process
O = Revision
B = Package type
26 = Freq (1.8GHz)
F should be temp
3 should be Voltage or screening level (level 3 is tray, commercial screening)
N will be a modification to either voltage, temp or screening
I cant find a 970 datasheet though
