Xeon L5335 vs. Xeon E5335

I know they both look to have the same specs only that the L5335 runs on a lower voltage so it uses less power. I want to know does the L5335 just use less power or is the Xeon E5335 faster then the Xeon L5335?

if motherboard support (BIOS update may required) E5400/L5400
it is better to use for example L5430 (better performance).
here is the link to compare. 4 cores with +670Mhz each compared to L5335.
