Here are some very nice ones
19x Intel C2104-4 S1234 (nice sspec) 4k DRAM.
These were released in 1974-75 and almost immediately replaced by the 2104A so not many original 2104s around.
These are all dates mid 1975, pins are clean
$10 each or 2 for $18
