Those Tundra and Xilinx aren't CPUs, but there could be one or even four smaller PowerPC processors on those boards. Unfortunately, it's not possible to see their part numbers in your pics, so I hope you'll check them. Those boards likely have more interesting chips than Tundra and Xilinx, so I hope it's possible to identify them.

On the xilinx board the PowerPC is to the left.
The other 4 chips are PCI controllers

The hifn chip is also a processor

I read MPC745B on the four brown chips so they must be processors

Interesting, the rectangular one is probably an MPC106/107 north bridge.
Since that didn't support 4-way MP the Xilinx is probably doing that work.
