Here are some nice HP PGA chips.
They are identical to the ones known to be used in the HP 3000 series as CPU's, so these may actually be the same HP 3000 CPU, but I can't confirm that yet (Birdman/aberco may doa die shot and we'll see!)
Either way they are nice looking chips. All are solder pulls
