I have an old one here but I can't find anything through search engines. I could be doing something stupid... any help would be appreciated!
It's a CN0122N, looks like a 1980 production date. Signetics?

Yes Signetics
appears to be a custom part numbered IC |

I hadn't thought of that, thanks. It does look rather crudely marked. I guess there's not much hope of finding out what it does.
I found a couple others on ebay that looks similar (CN10000N, CN10004N), no data sheets for those either so they must be custom. Thanks. |
