ASRock are the cheaper brand of Asus, wether you get Asus quality is another matter.

I've only ever been happy with asus and gigabyte motherboards. Also Intel or Nvidia are my chipsets of choice. I wouldn't buy it. I bought and off-brand motherboard once. I think it was an abit. Worthless thing died in about a month. Gave me quite a headache too, diagnosing a bad motherboard can be quite tricky. Since everything goes across a motherboard there isn't an easy set of symptoms to look for. Bottom line, the headache is usualy not worth any cost savings.
