Have notifications been turned off when PMs are received? I haven't been receiving emails for a few weeks.

The messages are not going through because Microsoft blocks our IP address. Here is their error message:

service provider since part of their network is on our block list. |
I guess somebody reported one or more of our e-mails as spam. I think it affects live, hotmail and outlook email accounts in all countries. I'll see what I can do. By the way, gmail and other free e-mail providers do not block us, and should work without any problems  .
