I ran into some Intel 2764 Eproms today with the "QM" prefix

Any idea what this might indicate?

Reverse has:
Barbados
E 8225 BG

45ns in 1982 on NMOS process? Highly unlikely.
According to http://bitsavers.trailing-edge.com/pdf/intel/_dataBooks/1982_Intel_Component_Data_Catalog.pdf on page 1306 M2764 with sSpec S8463 has access time of 450ns and S8462 250ns.

Thanks for all of the info. No sSpec

I think I have 4-5, will check and get a picture.

Time to clean up the desk and post some extra parts.
