A Flip Flop is either:
1. A plastic sandle made for beach wear or by the pool
2. A Bistable circuit with usually 2 stable states
Here is a little linky on D-Type Flip-Flops 4013
http://www.doctronics.co.uk/4013.htm
Its one of the precursors to processors and can make a nice binary counter. |
