Hi, does anybody know the chip SCN2650CN from Philips?
I found (and ordered) two of these chips on the web but they are not working like a SCN2650 or SCN2650A? What is the difference and where can I find a datasheet? |

Are you sure it's not a fake?
Philips is MAB2650. |

| No idea. I ordered a SCN2650AC1N40 but got this strange thing. The package looks normal including the Philips brand sign. |

It's fake then.
It can nave any random die or even empty package.
Seller was from China or Hong Kong? |
