Picked up a load of equipment from patricks air force base, and these were inside. I just want to know if they are eng. samples.

No, none of them are ES. I don't know what the ES on them means, but they all have S-Spec codes, ES chips have codes starting with Q

| can't confirm without seeing the top, but the SX963 will also likely be a fake from a lower speed |
