Here are some very cool ARM micros, they were made by SiLabs after they bought EnergyMicro of Norway
They are a ARM Cortex M0+ core at 25MHz in a QFN32 package.
Running they only take 127 microAmps/MHz, and in deep Sleep they pull all of 0.9uA
Stop mode drops that to 20 nanoAmps. These are for embedded/IoT applications where min power is absolutely needed (like applications that run off of harvested energy)
TO help with this they have 8KB of RAM and 64KB of FLash as well
12x EnergyMicro SiLabs EFM32HG210F64G Rev B
12x EnergyMicro SiLabs EFM32HG210FEG Rev A
The FEG was a very early part number for the F64G (pre lim data sheet is nearly a year after the Rev A was made)
$6 a pair, and ya get some cool looking Gecko art on the chips too _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
