I have a quantity of Rare Intel C3104 White Ceramic 28-Pin Static RAM Chips That have Now Arrived at AVICC
I believe these are NOS as I have been told they are still in their tubes and I believe the date codes are all 1975.
I am making these available to Forum Members at US$22.00 each, which in my opinion, is a very attractive price.
You can check on the forum and eBay to see asking prices and what they have been sold for in the past
Please confirm your orders now now as I will be asking John to Ship the remainder of them to me soon.
The picture below has been supplied by John on their arrival at AVICC.

strange that they made these so long, they came out in 1972 or earlier, and only are 16 bits (4x4) Content addressable memory

I am surprised that more of you have not shown interest in these C3104 Chips as they are very good value.
I am happy to keep any that do not sell as they will appreciate considerably over time
