Hello all
Last time i need some money and i want to sold my double chips
I have many CPU/FPU/microcontrollers/EPROM and another chips for sale but also have one big problem, we don't have PayPal in Ukraine ((((
Also i don't have worldwide credit cards only local in my country.

I want to ask, if i make world bank account/card, this is possible transfer money from your PayPal to my card? or simple from card to card?
Because this problem brake all my actions

Not sure if John from AVICC could help you or not but here goes.

Do you have an AVICC Account?

If you do you could accept payments for chips sold on the forum by Chip Pay and then John may be able to do an international bank transfer of your Chip Pay Funds to your Ukraine Bank Account.

There would be bank fees for the cost of international transfers to take into account and John may also charge a small fee for this service.

I am not sure if this is a possible way to solve your problem or not as only John could answer this question.

Not forget about PayPal/eBay buyers protection first 45-60 days after purchase. After this period money is really belongs to seller.

Your debit or credit card should be visa or mastercard and your country support receiving money from PayPal, maybe not your bank yet. Do you have fresh information from your bank? Of cource you have to allow internet payments on your card.

No, according to Paypal site Ukraine residents still can only send money, but not receive or withdraf

My credit card dont have CV code

And many people here who have PayPal, register in the system from another countries

westernunion is one of the option at that time
if the transfe amount is greater 100usd
there is about 10% handle fee
expensive but acceptable
and can do it online now
