I just got these 2 Burroughs boards at the Vintage Computer Fest-Mid West that was held near Chicago this past weekend.
These early (1971) RAM chips have custom part number 1534-9582 and the early "intel" logo.
Does anyone know what the actual Intel part number is??

I Googled the number and only found that this is a Burroughs number for a RAM chip.

As a starting point, follow the power supply lines. most likely suspects (1101 or 2102) have power supply in different locations.

I'm not quite sure how to folow the power supply lines, since I have no electronics training.

The power supply lines are often thicker, and will have bypass capacitors. If you find an electrolytic or tantalum capacitor they will be polarized and have markings to indicate the +/-.

Looks like a capacitor in the top left (silver) of the first photo (for sale 005.JPG). Follow the tracings from the + and - terminals along to the memory IC's and see what pins they go to.

Hello John
I think it is a 1101 256x1 Static Ram used on some local memory in the B1700 System. The Texas chip on the Jpeg can be an Shift register on the disk subsystem.
Best Regards

This was the first time I attended VCF-MW in 3 years and I got lucky. The Fest has grown much bigger and now attracts visitors from other countries.

Thanks to all repliers.
If anyone can show more evidence that these are C1101's, I would really appreciate it!
