Need help identifying a ceramics gold processor that was made around 1973.
Please check out the picture.

Interesting. I found these in a box at an attic in Heilbronn, Germany.
So that Heilbronn plant must be the origin. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telefunken
How did you find out hey are from that company? That's pretty nice.

Most likely not a CPU, these show up at many IC brokers stock lists so arent particularly rare
Probably used in some communication equip (as TFK did a lot with that sort of stuff) _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

(What would be the price per kilo? They seem to contain quite some gold) |

Thank for that information about scrap value. What do you mean with "very nice work"?
And do I understand it right that these chips can basically just be scrapped because they have no collector's value? |
