| Post some pics, I have an hp risc cpu that I am quite sure is a cpu because it matches exactly a wikipedia entry at, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PA-RISC). This chip may be similar to the first one you mentioned. I have found little other usefull info on these old risc cpu's but perhaps with pictures others could be of more help then me. |

Those chips don't look anything like my hp para risc cpu. That dosn't mean their not cpu's though. The definately look like cpu's to me. Unfortunately when it comes to old hp risc cpu's good information is hard to find. I would buy them on asthetics alone if the price isn't too high. If you do decide to buy them and want to sell any of the first three tell me. I would be interested in buying.
My logo is a pentium 60mhz sx753. I suspect it does look a great deal like the 50mhz ES although I have never seen that chip. I saved this chip from being ground into dust by a metals recycler. It is my favorite chip although I desire no chip on the planite more than a socket 4 ES. |

Hi Sten,
maybe a little bit too late but:
1FQ4-0008 is a PA-7200! 1XX6-0001 and 1TZ8-0008 are BIUs
(Bus Interface Units) and 1FQ2-0001 I haven`t seen before.
Best regards,
