20x AMD Mobile Sempron SMS3700HAX4DQ NBBBG 0.065u Keene Core
These were the fastest of the 25W Sherman Core Semprons, the 3800+ were SMD.... 31 Watt

... but seem these are low power Sherman core because are 65 nm vs Keene 90 nm |

Indeed, I read the table wrong
still the fastest Sherman at 25W
