Here is a nice batch of New Old Stock Atmel processors
The ATMEGA (and XMEGA) are AVR RISC based processors
The ATTINY processors are also baed on the AVR RISC architecture but in a trimmed down 8-bit format
The AT90PWMs are a AVR with PWM suppor, as well as Digital Addressable Lighting Interface for controlling lights.
