Question Anyone have any ideas what this is?
Obviously a Fujitsu PGA Chip, seems to have a Metal Top that covers the sides as well but appears to be White Ceramic underneath.
Thanks in advance Very Happy

Yeah, look if it is possible to remove the metal (CAREFULLY).
Maybe it is just a heatsink clipped on the real chip
