missing technical data on SPARC processors

I have some new SPARC processors in my collection and I could not find out certain technical information on several of these chips like transistor count or circuit size. Maybe a SPARC specialist here can help me.

Great collection of Sparc processors! I tried to look for information on Sparc processors, but I can't find anything except Sparc II/III I will continue to search, and if I find anything I'll let you know.

Thanks for your help These sites provide a lot of information on SPARC machines, but not too much on the processors... but I think I will need them when I get my 2 new SPARCstations (SS1 and 10) next week.
I will need Silicon Graphics pages like these when I get my SGI Indy, also next week
