Hello everyone,

I would like to ask you what kind of RAM (DDR3) is best for me (Asus M5A78L-M LX3 motherboard) 1333Mhz, or 1066Mhz, or 800Mhz?
The AMD Athlon II X2 245 2900Mhz Regor 65W (rev C2) processor will be used.
Thank you for the detailed answers.

That CPU only supports 1066 MHz RAM. 1333 MHz will operate at 1066 MHz and will be future proof Smile

If I understood well, the best option for this (Asus M5A78L-M LX3 + AMD Athlon II X2 245) is 1066Mhz DDR3 RAM?!
