Does anyone know what the difference is between the Texas Instruments TX486DLC-40BGA and the TX486DLC/E-40GA? I couldn't find any reference to this in the TI reference manual.

When I try to use the BGA CPU, the system starts to boot, then after HIMEM sets the A20 handler in DOS, the system starts to beep and displays garbled text.
