These are Marvell Armada 100 series processors.
This consisted of the 162, 166, 166e and 168 which all used the same die, just with different blocks turned on/off. Final marking would be added with the final part number (such as 88AP168) as well as a speed. These ones have not received the final marking or were destined for Microsoft (who used the 88A91 as the control in the Xbox Kinect without a specific model marking on them)
They are a 400-1200MHz ARM Sheeva core with 32K L1 caches and a 128K L2 Cache and are made on a 55nm process
