These are some unusual Zilog Z80 Processors
There are 2 kinds but I think the same or similar spec
The first are early marking style DE/H DE is Extended Temp Ceramic the /H is a screening modifier (usually for things like burn in, military, hermetically sealed) but I don't have documentation as to what specifically
The second is the later marking, DEG, again Extended Temp Ceramic and 'G' is the screening indicator.
There were probably custom screened for the customer,.
They are all tested working.
