Here are some rather uncommon, and early, LSI Floating point processors.
These are LSI L64132GC made back in 1988 (these are likely the first production run)
They are made on a 1.5-micron HCMOS process and support both IEEE floating point as well as DEC VAX floating point at 8MHz
These were used to build some interesting Physics computers (for studying Quantum ChromoDymanics) at Tsukuba University in Japan called QCDPAX (among other applications)
These are New Old Stock
$12 each or a pair for $20 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
