Here are some rare ones, These are Tandem Computing CPUs.

Tandem Computing made Fault tolerant computers (and still does under HP ownership now)

These are the processors from the Tandem CLX line, specifically the CLX 800 series which was the last of the custom CMOS processors (They switched to MIPS later)

These are 1u CMOS with 81,000 gates and run at about 16MHz (61ns cycle time), twice as fast as the original CLX 600 (2u 122ns cycle time)

Internally it is a 16-bit dual ALU design, with microcode supporting 32-bit data and addresses.

These are new old stock but appear to have seen some moisture as each has a little oxidation on top, otherwise beautiful.

$30 each or a pair for $50

For Tandem NonStop systems to be fault tolerant you would always buy CPUs in pairs for lock stepping so I'll take a pair Wink

Thank you,
G1nX

Looks like there's enough for die shot then, so I'll take the one in worst condition.
