Here are some chipsets from the IBM POWER1 RIOS.9 and RIOS.1 chipset.
Some have a few bent pins, but nice sets none the less. Took a long while to ID all these
FPU = Floating Point Unit (64-bit)
FXU = Fixed Point (Integer) Unit
ICU = Instruction Cache Unit (8K + Branch Prediction)
DCU = Data Cache Unit - 16K (2 for RIOS.9 and 4 in a RIOS.1)
SCU = Storage Control Unit
RIOS.1 POWER Chipset $35
1x 63F7532 FPU
1x 63F7976 FXU
1x 51F5830 ICU
4x 37F1421 DCU
1x 51F1721 SCU
RIOS.9 POWER Chipset $30
1x 63F7524 FPU
1x 51F0322 FXU
1x 37F0770 ICU
2x 51F1682 DCU
1x 32G0658 SCU (probably, I couldnt verify this one)
1x Lonely 37F1421 DCU $4 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
