Hi,
Please help!

I came across these three chips in a box full of 1970's discrete transistors and a heap of RCA DIPs + other electronics - resistors, caps, switches / pots etc...

I have been searching all over the intenet to no avail. I would appreciate if these could be identified by anyone.

There are no markings on the reverse side.

These may be Australian 1970's or 1980's and could be audio related.

AWA is Australasian Wireless Limited, no longer make semiconductors. AWM is related to AWA where these IC's are concerned.

There is an electrical distributor called AWM in Australia, they do not make IC's, but it is possible the name has been acquired by their parent Metal Manufactures Limited.

I am guessing these could be audio amplifier IC's but I have no idea at the moment.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

No but I wish I did, would love to have a few to share.

These were single items in a box of mixed components.

There was a mix of about 300 discrete transistors, stacks of resistors and about 30 various RCA IC's. It was really mixed in to a homogeneous scramble.

I am thinking these could be early radio on a chip IC's...?? No idea really, but they are in high end packages IMO.

I cannot find any reference on the internet as yet... still looking in my spare time.
