Not sue what this one is, logo looks similar to a Soviet one (Novosibirsk) but not quite.

ANy ideas?

It's an ICDC chips from SAMES company :

thats a cool one, so most likely custom, but I'll probably keep one (I have a couple) just because I have nothing from SAMES

I just found the info with some research :p Was it commun to make gold cap ceram dip with ground strap on 1991 ? Could be a recycle chip too for specifics devices or for lower price price... I'm too lazy to find more about this company lol. But i wouldn't be surprised since Soviet sold for nothing all their stuff after cold war, mostly in Africa or Arabia. All their gun ID were rewrited, they could have done the same with cpu haha.
