Does anyone know smth. concerning a 15MHz 68020?

I've never seen 15 MHz part before. Our friend Google says this processor was used in Sun 3/50. Another interesting 68020 I found while looking for information on MC68020RC15 - 50 MHz version of 68020 (MC68020RC50B).
Frank, how much do you want for MC68020RC15B?
