Todays mystery chip, VIA Socket 7 - Joshua or?

This came with the rest of the VIAs, but this is a Socket 7 chip, not a S370

The die is larger, and you can see much larger caches on the left and right

Looks like Cayenne Core on Socket 7 (= "Jedi").

I'm wondering if its possibly Winchip3

that was like a winchip2 but with double the L1 cache

it is possible winchip 4
@the known winchip3 dont have gold top
@the winchip 4 ,i have, do have gold top and the the bottom cover is not sealed
if my memory is correct , this one looks almost the same as my winchip4
but it is 5+ years since i saw it , i am not sure

The marketing material of the time suggests that at .25, the C3 die was 76mm^2, while the C4 die was 100. Other documents suggest plans for a die shrink for both, but I doubt that happened as both were quickly dropped... So you could possibly verify the current educated guesses with a good ruler.

die is about 9x12mm so 100+ sqmm so seems Winchip4?
