These are pretty uncommon 286s
They are the 6MHz in the PGA package, these usually were of the CG80286 variety before they switched to 'A'
What few A80286-6s I have seen have had an sspec, these do not
Probably some of the latest production 6MHz 286s
15x Intel A80286-6 $12 each or a pair for $20
