It is not an error.
Shipping cost for registered mail with tracking number are expensive in The Netherlands.

There is a cheap untracked (international mail) option however due to fraudulent buyers in the past who claimed item not received I will not use it since I am the one loosing money. I need to provide proof of shipment to paypal in case of a dispute.
