Here are some rare ones.
These are made my ZF Microsystems (now defunct)
They are a 100-133MHz Cyrix Cx486DX core made
Interestly these integrate the BIOS ON CHIP, this is what ZF calls their FailSafe Technology, as the processor needs no external memory to boot, all boot and running hardware is on chip.
THe NZ means these are versions without ZFs version of the JTAG interface (ZTAG)
These particular examples were fab'd by IBM (earlier ones were made by National Semi)
