Does anyone know what speed a Harris CS80C286R1787 is? I found some information that indicated it might be 20 MHz but no one sounds confident.

Also, if you look in the photo below, the 20 MHz Harris CS80C286-20 chips have "NR" or "KK" on some of them. Does anyone know what that means?

I have a Harris CS80C286R1787 too.

No information about them.

hummm...Just another company that borrowed Intel's technology to make themselves a few bucks again...hence the Intel marking on the bottom. Wink

Notice the R1787 has a copyright 1985 as well as the normal 1982. So it should include the additional features (or fixes) that Intel copyrighted on the 286 in q985.

hummm.......interesting. I have a few chips that have a double copyright...I wonder, maybe I should check it out.

So the whole copyright thing...? I got an R80186 L2101367 '78 '82 ,what's the big deal there? Sorry I don't get this "fixes' for the 286 with Intel...

Sorting the CS80C286R1787 in the photo library but cant find any info either on speed. Anyone found something more?

My Harris data books only list the -10, -12, -16, -20, and -25, plus -10/883 and -12/883, which are mil-spec parts.

No idea what "NR" or "KK" means.
