Does anyone know what speed a Harris CS80C286R1787 is? I found some information that indicated it might be 20 MHz but no one sounds confident.
Also, if you look in the photo below, the 20 MHz Harris CS80C286-20 chips have "NR" or "KK" on some of them. Does anyone know what that means? |

Notice the R1787 has a copyright 1985 as well as the normal 1982. So it should include the additional features (or fixes) that Intel copyrighted on the 286 in q985. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

My Harris data books only list the -10, -12, -16, -20, and -25, plus -10/883 and -12/883, which are mil-spec parts.
No idea what "NR" or "KK" means.
