Here are some very nice ones
Brand new old stock Zilog Z8001 Processors. The Z8000 was Zilogs 16-bit processor, in a large way, a competitor to the Motorola 68000 and 8086.
While not as popular it saw use through the 1990's (these are 1995 production)
20x Zilog Z0800110CEA 10MHz Extended Temp Hermetic Stressed Package
$10 each or a pair for $16 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

A pair please
These are a fun chip to program. Although these are generally considered 16 bit chips, with 32MB RAM support, most instructions supporting 32 bit words, and some even supporting 64 bit, they can do some tricks 8086 & 68k can't. |
